Crab Dip

Every football season my dad brings out this recipe, among others, as his "go to" favorite. He researches the local newspaper for new recipes and then adapts the seasonings and creaminess to his preference. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family!!

Crab Dip
Servings: 6 to 8

6 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
3 green onions, chopped
4 to 6 drops hot sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. ranch dressing mix
2 - 6 oz. cans crab meat, drained (or 8 oz. lump crab meat, chopped)

In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream until well combined. Stir in the green onions, hot sauce, paprika, and dressing mix. Add in the crab meat and season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers or crostini.
