Green Monster Smoothie

I LOVE this smoothie! I'm officially addicted. I'm not lying to you just to get you to eat your greens. You would never even know the spinach was in there (besides the color), and I usually add at least 2 big handfuls. It was even approved by my toughest critic...my toddler! This is an awesome way to get greens and extra vitamins into your kids!

Green Monster Smoothie
Servings: 2

1 - 8 oz. can pineapple chunks in 100% juice
1 banana, cut into chunks
1 handful frozen peaches
1 handful frozen mango
1-2 handfuls fresh baby spinach leaves
1-2 handfuls ice

Other possible additions: orange juice, yogurt, frozen pineapple chunks, ground flax seed, honey, pears, frozen berries (although this turns the smoothie brown so it wouldn't really be a green monster)

In a blender, add the pineapple chunks and their juice, banana, peaches, mango, spinach, and 1 handful of ice. Blend until smooth. Add additional ice to thicken, if necessary.
